What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dolan Toyota Parts Counter Level 2 position at Dolan Auto Group?
Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Parts Counter Level 2 to fill parts orders, perpetual inventory, provide parts advice to guests/techs, and diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups. The expectations of our counter personnel are to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to all guests, co-workers, and management team. The role is dynamic in the sense that tasks will change so adaptability is key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Fill parts orders.
- Perpetual inventory.
- Provide parts advice to guests/techs.
- Diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups.
