Dolan Mazda/Kia Due Bills Advisor

Dolan Auto Group, Named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Due Bills Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments, and assist the accessories specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor all due bills to make sure they're completed.
• Write RO for guests for additional parts & accessories.
• Contact guests as parts are available or unavailable.
• Review the parts arrival list to ensure parts are received to complete the due bill work.
• Follow up with guests to make sure they know the status of their due bill.
• Adjust parts and labor pricing as needed to ensure numbers are accurate.
• Inspect due bill work to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare & coordinate vehicle pick up for guests.
• Review ROs for accuracy & close once work is completed.
• Provide support to the accessory specialist as needed.
• Contact guests as parts are available or unavailable and schedule an appointment.

• Valid drivers license.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
