The Courier plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of documents, deposits, and supplies across all store locations. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform daily delivery runs between the Business Office and all Dolan Auto Group locations

Organize, transport, and distribute time-sensitive documents
-
Complete daily bank deposit runs accurately and securely

File and process documentation, including vehicle deal packets and accounts payable

Maintain and organize company records and filing systems
-
Prepare daily reports and assist with reconciliation as requested by management

Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx shipments
-
Support supply ordering and distribution for all locations

Qualifications:Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to walk extended distances throughout the day between locations
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and transport boxes and materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and load/unload materials as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
