HVAC Installer – Residential (No Nights or Weekends)

Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Work closely with the installation team to deliver a five-star customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Prefer candidates living within 30 miles of Marin County
Compensation
- Base Pay: $30–$35 per hour
- Commission/Bonus: $10,000–$40,000 annually
- Overtime available
- Bonus opportunities
- Signing bonus may be available for qualified candidates
