Dohrn is currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative at our Corporate office in Rock Island, IL.
Hours can vary between 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay is $18.00/Hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide exceptional Customer Service.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Field inbound calls, emails and chats providing exceptional Customer Service
- Monitor the call queues to ensure that department is meeting goal times
- Respond to inquiries with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Trace and monitor accounts to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with scheduling pickup request
- Educate, when possible, self-service options available to Customers
- Problem-solve customer issues that arise throughout the day
- Backfill Receptionist
- Answer all phone calls coming into the Corporate Office by operating the switchboard
- Greet Visitors and applicants as they enter and assist them with their needs
- Stuff and mail all paper invoices to customers
- Prepare weekly timecards and various outgoing mailings
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School education or equivalent
- Valid Driver License
- Excellent Customer Service & Telephone Etiquette
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Excellent Mindset
- Detail-oriented
- 45-50 WPM typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Excellent attendance
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Primarily sedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time
- May be occasionally required to exert up to 10 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- The general office environment is favorable; Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are minimal hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc;
- Visual Acuity including regular use of items including a computer screen or monitor
- Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers
- Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information; Occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others
