Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the door and manage seating using our table management system.
- Escort guests to their table and share our daily features handout.
- Answer phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and general inquiries.
- Assist with takeout: take accurate orders, bag and check for accuracy, and deliver to the pick-up station.
Compensation
Support Staff earn $9/hour base pay plus tips, averaging $12–$15/hr.
Advancement Opportunity
After completing initial training and excelling in your role, you may have the chance to cross-train as an Expediter (Expo).
Expo shifts pay $9/hour plus tips.
