Doherty Steel, Inc.
A leading AISC Certified steel fabrication and erection company in the Midwest.
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to provide accurate bid proposals and scope analysis for potential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and documents to successfully bid jobs at a profit.
- Understand labor and material costs on a project.
- Negotiate with customers and communicate with DSI staff.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure accurate transferring of information and defining of scope.
- Continuously work with Project Management on pricing issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Computer skills: Tekla EPM PowerFab (preferred).
Benefits:
- $100,000-$125,000 per year for Senior Level.
- $75,000-$85,000 per year for Non-Senior Level.
