Read more below!What you will do as a Customer Service Associate: Conduct outbound calls to outreach patients recently discharged from the emergency roomSupport inbound calls from patients interested in our programAssist with scheduling appointments, handling patient questions, and transfer to appropriate departments when applicableAssist with administrative tasks to support patient care coordinationWork collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high-quality serviceDocument all conversations electronically on company and/or client systemsBecome an expert with company’s software solutions, including but not limited to EMR, Slack, and Five9 interactionsWhat you need to be a Customer Service Associate:A High School Diploma or GED equivalent2 years of experience in healthcare related customer supportExperience working in a telehealth and/or a startup environment (preferred)Strong computer skills and are able to effectively utilize provided call scriptsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsA high degree of patience and are detail orientedAbility to simultaneously speak with patients and document conversationsAbility to work independently and also as an integral part of the patient care teamAbility to follow instructions and standard operating procedures while adhering to standardized productivity goalsDemonstrable customer service skills in interactions with patients, families, and staff in high-volume and stressful situationsApply today to start enjoying weekly paychecks!
