What a Furnace Operator will do :
- Load and unload materials into the furnace according to production requirements
- Monitor and adjust belt speed, furnace temperature, and gas levels to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine inspections on product dimensions using SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems
- Maintain accurate production records, including counts of processed materials
- Transport completed products to the next stage of production
