- Perform all company values and daily interactions with coworkers and customers
- Measure and set up equipment, prepare surfaces, and position parts for welding
- Use hand tools and shop equipment such as grinders, portable spot welders, hammers, screwdrivers, clamps, fixtures, and jigs
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and detailed work procedures
- Assemble and weld parts to meet quality and production standards
- Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work area
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- Ability to lift and manipulate parts up to 50 lbs (team lift if needed)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions (reaching, bending, twisting)
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Prior welding or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety instructions and wear required protective equipment#IndeedNorth
