As a Dogwood Server you will :
Be our guests’ first and last Impression – must be upbeat and outgoing
Make recommendations, describe menu items, use suggestive selling, assist guests in making food and beverage selections
Anticipate guest needs throughout their stay - ensure guest satisfaction
Have excellent communication skills, working well with guests and the team in a fast-paced environment
Be at least 18 years old, have one year of experience and be committed to making a positive impact
