Field Supervisor-Home Care

Dogwood Home Health Care, LLC is currently seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and organized bilingual PHC Field Supervisor in San Antonio. Applicants must have at least 2 years of PHC/PAS Supervisory experience and possess great time management, communication, and organizational skills. Position requires own transportation . Responsibilities include:

• Hiring/training attendants
• Performing admissions
• Performing Supervisory/Complaint visits
• Training attendants on Vesta Mobile App
• Completing provider orientations
• Completing client/provider documentation
• Ensuring services are being rendered in full compliance with Agency and Contract regulations and standards
• Reporting to Administrator/Office Manager
• Working well with other employees to complete tasks
• Able to lead a team of employees and give direction
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
• Must have experience with Vesta program
• Knowledge or experience using Docusign a plus
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be willing to participate in marketing events
