What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse Consultant position at Dogwood Creek Assisted Living?

The RN Consultant candidates must have experience in the assisted living environment and be able to perform, document and/or complete the following:

-8 hours a week

- Resident care plans

- 14 day comprehensive assessments

- Annual comprehensive assessments

- Annual plan of care with quarterly reviews and updates

- Monthly / Quarterly medication reviews

- Monthly consultant report

- In-service education relating to the needs of the nursing team
