Role Description
Dogwood Commercial is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Retail Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing retail portfolio. This position plays a critical role in keeping properties running smoothly by managing rent collections, accounts payable, utility tracking, and tenant bill-backs across multiple shopping centers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and wants long-term growth within commercial real estate. You will work closely with the Property Manager(s) to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with lease requirements, and consistent communication with tenants and vendors.
