This is a full-time, on-site Environmental Scientist or Environmental Field Technician role located in Irving, TX. The role involves conducting environmental fieldwork, including monitoring and inspecting natural habitats and wetlands. Responsibilities include performing environmental impact assessments, supporting environmental consulting projects, and contributing to ecological restoration efforts. The role also requires compiling detailed reports and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in Field Work, including ecological assessments and sampling
- Experience with Wetlands management and conservation practices
- Knowledge of Environmental Science concepts and methodologies
- Skills in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and preparing reports
- Experience with Environmental Consulting, including compliance and regulatory processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus
