Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with accurate wait times.
- Manage the seating chart efficiently to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs.
- Utilize POS system for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional guest services at all times.
- Help train new staff members on hosting duties and restaurant procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in guest relations within a restaurant setting is advantageous.
