What You’ll Do:

 Lead Generation & Brand Awareness (Pre-Opening Focus):

• Act as the face of Dogtopia – Generate excitement and awareness in the local community. • Build a pre-opening waitlist – Drive early sign-ups for Meet & Greets and memberships before launch.

• Engage with local businesses & community organizations – Form strategic partnerships within the community to generate leads.

• Attend & host local events – Represent Dogtopia at pet expos, farmers markets, and networking events to drive awareness of Dogtopia.

• Execute grassroots marketing campaigns – Distribute promotional materials and leverage guerrilla marketing tactics.

• Grow brand awareness on social media – Promote Dogtopia through engaging content, giveaways, and collaborations.

Sales & Customer Acquisition:

• Convert leads into scheduled Meet & Greets – Proactively follow up with inquiries and interested pet parents.

• Drive early enrollments – Pre-sell enrollment packages ahead of opening to secure long term customers.

• Showcase Dogtopia’s benefits – Communicate why Dogtopia is the best daycare choice for their pup.

• Create a referral program – Encourage parents and local businesses to spread the word.

Customer Engagement & Retention (Post -Opening Focus):

· Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives.

· Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value – Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services.

· Train the front desk team – Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service.

· Follow up & build loyalty – Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments. Sales & Performance Goals · Hit sales targets – Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments.

 · Elevate customer satisfaction ratings – Work closely with daycare management to exceed expectations.

· Enhance parent appreciation – Ensure parents feel valued, increasing retention and referrals.
