What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Trainer position at Dogs On The Farm & Cats Too?
Looking for a dog trainer to join with us in training dogs that stay over at our busy boarding facility or that visit us for daycare, as well as other training possibilities on and off-site. We are working on growing our training department and looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to help us grow. Certification or comparable experience in basic obedience training strongly preferred. Experience in at least one other training area preferred but not required: agility, nose work, treiball, and behavior issues (issues adjusting to new house, leash aggression, etc). Part time hours to start, with the option to move to full time as the department grows. Salary/commission based on experience.
