Our Dogs Inc marketing team seeks a detail-minded Media Coordinator who can support our growing media strategy.
You’ll work alongside an award-winning in-house marketing team and contribute to campaigns that generate significant donated media value—all in support of dogs who transform lives.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Media Alliances Director, the Media Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of Dogs Inc’s media strategy across traditional and digital platforms. You’ll manage the operational details of paid media campaigns while helping secure donated media placements that expand our reach and impact.
The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing Dogs Inc’s mission through media, eager to learn, and able to build positive working relationships with multiple media partners.

Primary Responsibilities
Media Operations & Campaign Management
• Create and process insertion orders for linear TV, cable, radio, digital, and out-of-home media
• Traffic all media placements and maintain accurate campaign tracking
• Monitor pacing, delivery, placement accuracy, and flight-date compliance
• Reconcile invoices against authorized schedules and flag discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of media authorizations, budgets, and vendor communication
• Coordinate with vendors on scheduling, materials delivery, and campaign logistics
• Generate regular performance reports and support campaign analysis
Donated Media & PSA Coordination
• Coordinate PSA distribution and tracking across TV and radio stations
• Work with station traffic and community affairs teams to maximize donated media value
• Track and report all donated placements, including estimated media value
• Identify opportunities for value-added media partnerships
• Assist in researching, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with media partners to secure PSA placements and donated airtime
Qualifications
• 2–4 years in media coordination, trafficking, nonprofit media, billing, or campaign management
• Experience with insertion orders, media schedules, and campaign tracking
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with media/traffic software a plus
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• High attention to detail for reconciliation and quality control
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Highly Preferred
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience or interest in any of the following areas:
• Experience in media buying, PSA placement, or securing donated media
• Knowledge of FCC public service requirements
• Existing media-partner relationships or customer service background
• Experience with broadcast traffic or agency trafficking platforms
• Understanding of Nielsen ratings and media measurement
• Familiarity with multiple media channels (broadcast, cable, radio, digital, OOH)
• Interest in continued growth in media planning and buying
This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work on-site at our beautiful 66-acre Palmetto, Florida, campus at least once a week. This role supports regular team collaboration while allowing flexibility for remote work most of the time.
