What You'll Own- CEO Support β Calendar, email, scheduling, communications, and whatever it takes to keep things moving
- Recruiting & Onboarding β Candidate outreach, coordination, paperwork, and making sure new hires land well
- Procurement & Ordering β Managing company orders and vendor relationships without dropping balls
- Meeting Management β Notes, action items, follow-through β nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Project Coordination β Keeping cross-functional projects on track across a growing team
- Tech & Systems Support β Google Workspace, internal platforms, and whatever tools we throw at you
- Operational Support β Jumping in wherever the business needs you, because no two days look the same
- 3β7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role β you've done this before and you're good at it
- You have a natural sense of urgency β you don't wait to be reminded, you don't let things sit
- You're a people person β warm, professional, and great at working with everyone from candidates to vendors to leadership
- You are deeply trustworthy β you'll handle sensitive information, conversations, and situations with complete discretion
- You figure things out β Google it, ask the right question, try something. You don't need your hand held
- You're tech-comfortable β Google Workspace is second nature; Paylocity is a major plus
- You're ready to work hard β 50 hour weeks happen here, and you don't flinch
