Job Title: Dog Walker

Position type: Part-time

Northwest Territory: Palatine, IL area

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 11:00am till 2pm. There are request at times for earlier or later walks.

Compensation: Pays approximately $18/hr. Ranges from 1-3 dog walks a day. We pay every Friday. Direct deposit is available. More dog walks are coming soon!

Job Summary: We have an immediate need for a dog walker in our northwest territory. If candidate is open, we may also have opportunities for pet sitting and dog waste removal as well.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drive to assigned customer location(s) and walk dog(s).

2. Complete service in a mobile app.

Position Requirements:

1. Must love dogs!
2. Friendly and personable personality
3. Have reliable transportation
4. Valid driver's license and car insurance
5. Pass a criminal background check
6. Smart phone
7. Basic technological skills including ability to send and receive email, use a mobile phone for calling/texting, and GPS for navigation.

8. Must be willing to work in all weather including HOT; COLD, RAIN, SNOW, etc...

Education and Experience: This position requires at least a High School Diploma. No prior professional dog walking experience required, however it is preferred. Must love dogs! Be independent, energetic, reliable, accountable, and have good communication skills.'
