While previous experience is not required, a desire to learn about and work with dogs is.
New hires will learn about canine behavior, body language, as well as different breed types. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. They will have strong communication, customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills. Reliability with a commitment to the dogs in our care is a must.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interacting positively with an array of dog breeds, supervision of dog-to-dog play, and basic care of dogs staying at our facility. Cleaning and sanitation is also a requirement of the job.
Employees may need to be on their feet and active for a large portion of a shift. Dog safety and comfort is one of our top priorities. Morning shifts begin as early as 6:30am and afternoon shifts may end as late as 9pm.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $14.50 per hour
