Job Summary:
The Dog Grooming Manager oversees the daily operations of a grooming salon, ensuring high-quality care for all pets and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day grooming salon operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, ensuring optimal time management and minimal wait times
- Supervise and support grooming staff, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling shifts
- Maintain high standards of pet care, safety, and hygiene at all times
- Communicate with pet owners to understand grooming needs and provide service recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order grooming supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Track business performance, including sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dog grooming or pet care (management experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
