Front Desk Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Canine Concierge & Wagging Welcome Warden, you'll be the face (and wagging tail) of our salon, providing an exceptional experience for both our four-legged clients and their humans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warm Welcome: Greet every customer and their canine companion with a smile, a tail wag, and a genuine enthusiasm for all things furry.
• Paw-some Customer Service: Assist customers with appointments, inquiries, and requests, ensuring their experience is as smooth as a freshly groomed coat.
• Tail-Wagging Treatments: Schedule grooming appointments with precision and care, tailoring each visit to meet the unique needs of our furry clients.
• Puppy Love and Pampering: Shower our canine guests with love, attention, and the occasional belly rub while they wait for their grooming session.
• Fur-tastic Communication: Keep pet parents informed about their furry friend's grooming progress and any special care instructions.
• Sniffing Out Solutions: Handle customer concerns and feedback with grace and empathy, ensuring every issue is resolved with a wag and a smile.
• Top-Dog Organization: Keep the front desk area tidy, stocked, and ready to roll, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

To succeed as our Canine Concierge & Wagging Welcome Warden, you'll need:

• A passion for pets and a love for all things canine.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for making tails wag and hearts melt.
• Strong communication skills, both bark and human, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Organizational prowess to keep the front desk running like a well-oiled grooming brush.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, even when faced with a pack of excited pups.

Pay rate will be depending on experience but expect a generous range for quality talent. Pay raises are based on reliability and ability to complete tasks efficiently, not on time spent working with us. So, bring a good attitude and work ethic, and we are happy to increase pay correspondingly!
