Responsibilities
- Supervise and interact with dogs during playtime, ensuring safe and positive socialization.
- Monitor dog behavior closely, recognizing signs of stress or aggression and intervening appropriately.
- Assist with pet handling, animal restraint, and outdoor activities to promote healthy exercise routines.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kennels, play areas, and equipment regularly to uphold pet care facility standards.
- Provide basic pet grooming and pet boarding support as needed to enhance overall pet well-being.
- Support team lifting efforts when moving heavy supplies or large dogs safely.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets’ activities and health.
Experience
- Experience in pet sitting, kennel work, or animal handling enhances your ability to care for diverse breeds.
- Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior contributes to a well-managed environment.
