Our Structural Repair Crew Members are vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following:
Salary Description
$18-$24 an hour, depending on experience

Our Structural Repair Crew Members are vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following:
- Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
- Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
- Completing on-site projects which includes:
- Exterior waterproofing
- Interior water management systems
- Yard drainage systems
- Crawl space encapsulation systems
- R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation)
- Excavations manually or with heavy equipment
- Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spaces but can also include digging and backfilling trenches
- Work requires constant movement, is strenuous, physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.
- Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Able to start work at 7 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasionally a Saturday if needed
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical
