We are seeking a Civil Project Estimator for a full-time, on-site position based in Clearwater, FL. The Civil Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing proposals, and preparing budget plans. This role will also include collaborating with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information and cost forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects. The Estimator will play a key role in project planning by providing detailed analysis to maintain financial efficiency.
- Experience in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management
- Skills in Budgeting and financial analysis for project planning
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant construction software and estimation tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
