Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time & Part Time Food Runner to become an integral part of our team! DoG Street Pub is a family friendly gastropub with a focus on craft beer. Centrally located in Merchant Square we are a fast paced restaurant looking for enthusiast wait staff ready for a place they can call home. Looking for full time and part time employees. Both day and evening shifts available. Insurance benefits and paid vacation available for full time employees.
Food Runners receive 5% tip out of all food sales.
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
