Pet Waste Removal Technician

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, including performance bonuses

No Poop To Scoop is a growing pet waste removal company serving Ann Arbor and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing a great job, and wants a flexible, consistent part-time schedule.
The work is simple: travel to customers' homes, clean up dog waste from their yards, and make sure each property is left looking great.
What You'll Do
- Follow a scheduled route to residential customers throughout the Ann Arbor area
- Thoroughly remove dog waste from yards using provided equipment
- Work independently and efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
- Secure gates and follow any special customer instructions
- Track completed visits through our mobile app Jobber
- Communicate any issues or customer concerns to management

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, bend, and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Smartphone capable of using our scheduling app
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, delivery driving, route-based services, or other outdoor jobs is helpful but not required. We'll provide training!
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$25/hour depending on experience and bonus achievement: base hourly rate monthly performance bonuses of up to an additional $2/hour, based on reliability, quality, and efficiency
