Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and energy.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their pets.
• Maintain store appearance and stock inventory.
• Build lasting relationships with our two-legged and four-legged customers.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine love for all animals.
• Open availability and flexibility to work at other Richmond locations (required).
• Capable of using Point of Sales System, Microsoft, Google Docs/Sheets, and Booking Software.
• Able to professionally perform conversations with clientele and customers over the phone and through email.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but passion for pets and their wellbeing is a must!
