Pet Groomer

Fantastic position grooming adorable dogs and/or cats in our stress-free environment where you know every animal is shown care and patience.

If You Have At Least 3 years of Grooming Experience

AND

If You Are…

· Excited to help dogs and cats look their best (what is better than a new hairdo),

· Have excellent customer service skills (you can confidently converse with clients, human and animal),

· Are punctual (If you’re 15 minutes early you are on time and if you are five minutes early you are late),

· Able to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and messages (you know what needs to be done and what can wait),

· Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented (what’s better than knowing exactly where the nail clippers are),

· Customer-focused and committed to giving an amazing experience (dogs and cats are like family, each client that walks through our doors is wanting their animal to be treated the same),

· Passionate, positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented (you see a new pet client come in and you know exactly what cut will look good on them and can't wait to see their new look),

· Self-confident and self-assured (you’re kind and respectful, but are able to speak up if someone else is being disrespectful),

·Enjoys talking and creating new relationships (nothing is better earned than an animal’s love, except maybe the owner’s appreciation and understanding)

· Grooming experience is mandatory (you bring the passion and skills, we’ll provide the animals!)

And would love to…

· Represent the company and in the most positive, professional manner (your words and actions have a huge impact),

· Groom animals to the best of your ability (grooming is an important service and we love knowing we are here to provide it)

· Book grooming appointments (great customer service doesn’t have to be in person, it can also be over the phone)

· Assist with routine work such as cleaning (we appreciate a clean salon and know our customers do too),
