What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Crew position at Dog Haus?
Blast Off: We are looking for amazing positive human beings to join our team and help us build a magical culture! We are in expansion mode and opening two restaurants in 2024. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, buckle up, and let’s chat.
Pay: Hourly tip structure: $16/hour $3 - $4/hour in tips = $19 - $20/hour (take home range after hourly tips/hour).
Schedule: Part time or full time depending on availability (Friday - Sunday availability required - not always scheduled).

What: Our vibe feels like a gastropub. We serve a variety of delicious foods like gourmet breakfast burritos, mouth watering burgers, proprietary sausages, and much more. The food is complimented by a rotating beer and wine list.
Our candidate: We provide on the job training as well as continuous coaching. While relevant experience is important, we are more concerned with finding team members with positive, happy, inquisitive, and fun attitudes who genuinely get a thrill from being around people and working hard.
Our candidate should exude - positivity, enthusiasm, detail orientation, empathy, multitasking, and a proactive mindset. If you have experience with beer and wine, that is a big plus, but not required - we can teach anyone anything as long as they want to learn!
We are looking for someone who loves to create an experience that surprises guests. We believe that is the true magic that builds regulars. We also get busy, so being able to thrive under pressure is a must!

Dog Haus creates hand-crafted all beef hot dogs and sausages with no added nitrates, 100% Black Angus beef burgers, unique fried chicken creations, and gourmet breakfast burritos - all of which are made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat. To chase it down, guests can select great craft beers from a tap list emphasizing local favorites or a signature cocktail. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
