Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Rotational Saturdays – 5-day week)

Your Role:

• Execute "Prep-Cuts" (bulk removal, setting the body length, and frame-setting).
• Perform high-quality finishes on "Easy" breeds while training for complex patterns.
• Master the DHG "Gold Standard" for faces, feet, and sanitary work.
• Collaborate with the bather and Lead Artisan to keep the factory moving.

The Requirements (Deal Breakers):

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional grooming experience (Petco, PetSmart, or private salon). You must already know how to handle shears and clippers safely.
• 7:30 AM Arrival: You MUST have reliable transportation to be clocked in and setting up at 7:30 AM so your first dog is on the table at 8:00 AM sharp.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for your shift and perform a 2-man carry for all dogs over 50 lbs.
• Coachability: You want to be the best. You appreciate honest, helpful feedback and are hungry to level up.
• Smoke-Free: 100% smoke-free facility for the health of our team and the pets.
• Your Own Tools: You must bring your own shears, clippers, and basic hand tools.
• Flexibility in the Tub: We win as a squad. You must be willing to jump into the bathing room without complaint if the shop falls behind.
