At Fluff & Buff Grooming Salon, we're looking for more than a Pet Groomer—we're looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate professional who wants to help us build an exceptional experience for every pet and every client.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality grooming services with care and attention to detail.
- Keep the salon clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the day.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
- Follow up with clients and help maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to pick-up.
- Create fun photos and videos for our social media platforms.
- Share creative ideas for promotions, marketing, and community engagement.
- Work as a true team player and contribute to the continued growth of our salon.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Preferred Experience
- Professional dog grooming experience.
- Ability to groom multiple breeds safely and confidently.
- Customer service experience.
- Social media or marketing experience is a plus—but a willingness to learn is even more important.
