What You'll Do
As a General Shop Laborer, you'll play an important role in keeping our Service Center operating safely and efficiently while supporting our mechanics, welders, and fabrication team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Service Center, work areas, and company grounds
- Assist mechanics, welders, and fabrication personnel with repairs, assembly, and daily projects
- Organize tools, equipment, parts, and materials to improve efficiency
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities
- Help reduce equipment downtime through organization and preparation
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Service Center operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Open availability, including occasional overtime and Saturday work as business needs require
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds overhead
- Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per day
- Frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
