Dodson International Parts Inc. is a leader in aircraft end-of-life solutions. We specialize in the dismantling of retired aircraft and the global distribution of high-quality salvaged parts. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Engine Repair Coordinator to facilitate the coordination of our engine inventory.
Position Overview & Core Responsibilities:
This is an entry level position for an Engine Repair Coordinator. You will help coordinate all aspects of a high-energy and dynamic engine repair process and a sales environment including communication with customers and vendors, processing paperwork, and picking aircraft parts within multiple warehouses. This position can be expected to perform the following key tasks:
- Coordinate, document, and communicate between our customers/vendors and our internal team throughout the entire repair process of our engine inventory.
- Assist Sales Staff with Processing paperwork for Sales Orders, Invoices, Repair Orders, etc.
- Assist to locate and pick parts in the warehouse or secondary offsite warehouse, and prepare for shipment.
- Research Parts pricing and aircraft part applicability.
- Converse by phone or email with customers and or vendors as necessary to complete orders or parts research.
- Clean and photograph parts as required.
- Other duties as requested to facilitate the sales process.
- Follow all operating and safety procedures for equipment used in all aspects of company processes.
- Is a team player with other departments and assists to fill manpower shortages when needed to get critical shipments made.
- Basic Qualifications:

- Basic Computer (email, company software, and basic keyboarding skills)
- Must be able to read, write and keyboard in English
- Must be able to pass Background check and Drug Testing
Physical Requirements:
- The majority of the day is actively standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and utilizing stairs and or ladders.
