What You’ll Do
You’ll be the operations backbone — keeping every project on track from order to delivery. You’ll work across production, purchasing, and customer coordination to make sure everything runs smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Track active projects and keep production milestones on schedule
- Coordinate purchasing and receiving — confirm materials arrive on time and meet specs
- Support the design process by coordinating with customers and contractors
- Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays early
- Maintain scheduled inventory counts and update stock levels
- Perform QA checks to ensure every job meets quality standards before shipping
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices on-site
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Jump in wherever needed — from organizing materials to improving workflows
Who You Are

- Strong communicator — clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal English
- Tech-comfortable: you enjoy working with SaaS tools and digital systems (Google Workspace, ClickUp, QuickBooks, or similar)

- Recent college grads welcome — we’ll train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow
Bonus Points
- Bilingual (Mandarin / English) — huge advantage for vendor and production communication
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.)
