TITLE: Attendance Receptionist and Secretary
POSITION 12-Month (5 hour workdays during the summer)

SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Attendance
- Compiles a school attendance report daily that includes all students at Dodge County High School, teachers, and teachers assistants.
- Monitors all students who sign into and out of Dodge County High School during the school
- Compiles class rosters for all classes of absent

- Maintains teachers' absentee
- Liaison for all substitute
- Enters attendance for all substitutes and teachers with no or faulty computer
- Assigns, records, and files every tardy for all students at Dodge County High
- Documents and verifies all students who sign in and out of Dodge County High School
- Records all students on field trips.
- Monitors teacher completion of period
- Locates students and contacts classrooms for students who need to report to the attendance office, counselor's office, JROTC, and other various locations as
- Maintains all payroll records for certified and noncertified staff at Dodge County High
- Compiles payroll records in a computerized format to be sent to the Dodge County Board of
- Collects, maintains, and distributes all certified and noncertified personnel at Dodge County High
- Maintains records of students who have approved notes for early dismissal from Dodge County High
- Maintains records of excuses for student's
- Contacts parents of students who have requested to be contacted because of unusual attendance in their students' attendance
- Reception
- Maintains attendance office in a neat and orderly
- Answers and directs phone calls for Dodge County High
- Records and communicates messages to students, faculty, and staff in a manner that does not interfere with the educational operations of Dodge County High
- Greets parents, students, and community members who enter the attendance office to assess and fulfill their attendance
