Job Title: Operations Technician
Department: Agronomy
Reports To: Branch Supervisor
Job Summary
The Agronomy Operations Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the assigned location. This role helps ensure operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and overall facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain required maintenance records
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and rolling stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire location
- Assist customers with questions and provide quality service
- Fill anhydrous tanks in a safe and compliant manner
- If applicable, assist in tire shop operations, including changing tires and lubricating equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

- Ability to climb heights
- Ability to bend, twist, push, and pull
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including dust, heat, and cold
