We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Technician/Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of signage, ensuring all projects meet safety standards and client specifications. Duties
- Install a wide range of signage including channel letters, digital displays, banners, and wayfinding signs at various locations.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal sign placement and ensure structural integrity.
- Use tools such as drills, lifts, levels, and ohmmeters to securely mount signs and verify electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing signage systems to ensure continuous operation and safety compliance.
- Follow detailed installation instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics clearly.
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, lifts, and safety equipment required for installation work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- CDL is a PLUS
- Welding & electrical experience is a PLUS
- Must be able to tolerate year-round outside weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable with heights up to 125' /-
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be proficient in reading a tape measure.
- Must be willing to learn, follow instructions & have a positive attitude.
Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
