Requirements
Looking for a part-time Event Coordinator (Intern):
- Research, vet, and finalize contracts for venues, handling catering, communication with vendors
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution - work with AEs coming up with setup checklist and breakdown
- Track and manage swag inventory, signage, and other event materials.
- Oversee vendor communication and confirm delivery schedules for supplies, equipment, and services.
- Assist with registration, attendee check-in, and guest support during events, as well as post-event packing and reporting.
- 3 month duration (with extension possibility)
- Stipend as per market
