Your Responsibilities

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to be responsible for promoting DocuWare and generating revenue through Authorized DocuWare Partners (resellers) in the Northern California region. The position utilizes a solution selling approach and is responsible for promoting the use of these techniques within the channel. In additional to ADP's there is a direct selling component to this role as well.



For this position, you will need to live in Northern California

  • .Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic execution with assigned partners, including new partner acquisition and current partner expansion
  • .Develop and implement joint business plans with ADPs to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion
  • .Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, aligning on revenue goals, enablement milestones, and sales outcomes
  • .Lead sales and technical workshops for partners and facilitate end-user seminars to support deal closure
  • .Manage partner onboarding, certifications, and product/solution training to ensure go-to-market readiness
  • .Execute partner marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives tailored to target industries and partner capabilities
  • .Maintain accurate partner activity and opportunity data within CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365)
  • .Provide weekly performance updates and forecasts to sales leadership, identifying wins, risks, and action plans for underperforming partners
