Job Summary:
Document Management Incorporated is looking for a MVS Analyst/Processor with strong verbal and written communication skills along with a passion to serve customers.
This is an ideal position for someone who is dependable and has experience in a fast-paced and high transaction environment. Previous experience working in banking, lending or insurance processing and/or customer service will make you a great fit with our team.
As a premier provider of nationwide vehicle and non-vehicle titling solutions, DMI specializes in lowering costs for organizations, improving customer service, and managing risk for individual companies that need a full complement of solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing customer title and registration transactions to various jurisdictions nationwide.
- Document scanning of all work received, submitted to jurisdictions and returned to customers.
- Ability to follow specific processes with appropriate pace to complete daily transactions.
- Coordinating and processing large customer title and registration projects.
- Assisting team members throughout the workday to expedite paperwork and customer requests.
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions for customers in a timely fashion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of general office experience, preferable in the banking, insurance or mortgage processing industries. In lieu of experience, recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to multi-task with strong pace and a high level of work quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain relationships with DMI customers, jurisdictions, agents, and team members.
- The ability to use independent thinking, sound judgement, and creativity when resolving customer issues.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing work schedule and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,916.67 - $4,083.34 per month
