Primary duties:
- Operating mailroom equipment; Inserter, Pressure Sealer, Postage Machine, Multi-functional Printers
- Preparing packages for shipment using UPS and/or FedEx systems.
- Keep inventory of postage, paper, and copy room supplies
- Prepare and stock supply orders
- Mail sorting
- Upload files to the network
- Stock Refrigerator
- Daily mail run to the post office
- Additional duties or tasks if needed
- Strong computer skills with special attention to Microsoft Suite
- A.I.M.S experience is a plus but not required use of other computer applications
- Copy room experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs
- Pay attention to detail
- Must have warehouse experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
