We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Augusta, Wisconsin. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
