Join Doctors of Physical Therapy and help lead the charge in onsite occupational health. We’re hiring a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer to support job site safety and worker wellness. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working solo, organized, and communicative.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide real-time early intervention assessment of workplace injuries
- Educate workers on safe practices and injury prevention techniques
- Collaborate with the plant's safety and management teams, and participate in safety team meetings
- Job coaching utilizing safety training and program materials
- Develop and deliver of injury prevention education programs
- Perform ergonomic assessments as needed
- Conduct workplace walkthrough sessions on a regular basis and maintain high visibility on the production floor
- Assessment of non-occupational strains, sprains or first aid issues to determine need for immediacy of treatment
- Data collection and reporting of relevant information

What You’ll Need
- Current BOC Certification
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
