We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in surgical procedures and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting
- Assist surgeons during operations
- Monitor patients' vital signs
- Ensure adherence to surgical standards and protocols
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan patient care
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care
Experience:
- Previous experience in OR nursing preferred
- Proficiency in case management and maintaining standards of care
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing and infant care
- Familiarity with anatomy and physiology
- Competency in venipuncture and ostomy care
- Experience in airway management in a hospital setting
