Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Administrative Coordinator for Occupational and Employee Health, you’ll play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of our colleagues. You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating a safe, healthy workplace through attention to detail, strong communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. Your work will directly impact the quality of care we deliver to our patients and communities every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily department operations, including reception, scheduling, communications, and records management
  • Assisting with employee health surveillance reports, data tracking, and compliance documentation such as OSHA logs and annual reports
  • Supporting workers’ compensation and modified-duty programs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication between employees, leaders, and providers
  • Maintaining departmental supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all resources are available for safe and efficient care
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing policies, recommending process enhancements, and promoting a positive, service-focused environment

What qualifications you will need:
  • High School Graduate or GED preferred. Graduate of Technical or Vocational school desired.
  • BLS required upon hire (AHA or Red Cross); Breath Alcohol Testing, Drug Screen Collector, Spirometry and Audiology preferred.
  • Medical Office Assistance with Medical Terminology, computer skills and type 50 words/minute.
