Are you a Physician Assistant passionate about Women’s Health and looking to escape the burnout of obstetrics? First Medical Associates is seeking a dedicated GYN Physician Assistant to join our tech-forward, corporate-backed practice in  Maryland.

This is a 100% GYN-only outpatient role. We’ve removed the "OB" from the equation—meaning no deliveries, no hospital rounds, and absolutely no call. Our focus is on providing high-quality gynecological care and performing essential in-office procedures in a supportive, high-tech environment.

The Procedural Focus

We are looking for a PA who is comfortable with (or eager to be trained in) a variety of in-office procedures. Our  office is fully equipped to handle:

• In-Office Procedures: Colposcopy, LEEP, and Endometrial Biopsies.

• Contraceptive Care: IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals.

• Hysteroscopy: Assisting or performing in-office diagnostic hysteroscopy.

• General GYN: Well-woman exams, PCOS management, and abnormal bleeding evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 (Based on experience)

Shift Schedule & Hours

• Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday (No weekends).

• Budgeted Hours: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time options available.

• Predictability: 99% of patients are scheduled in advance; see no more than 2.5 patients per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• NCCPA Certification.

• Maryland license (or in progress).

• Experience or strong interest in GYN procedures.

• Passion for women’s health and excellent patient communication skills.
