Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2.5-3 years of experience working as an NP in the ICU setting
- Possession of current RN license and NP certification
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care in the stepdown and/or ICU settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to 10 shifts per month
